| A: | At Jimmy's, the rental time starts when we arrive at your first pickup location, as long as it is located within the Greater Cincinnati area. |

| A: | We usually require a $200.00 deposit that can be applied toward your rental. |

| Q: | How will my chauffeur be dressed? |
| A: | Your chauffeur will be dressed in a black suit, white shirt and black tie or a black tuxedo. |

| Q: | How do I figure my chauffeur's gratuity/tip? |
| A: | Normal gratuity for limousine services is 20% of the rental cost. |

To ensure we arrive promptly, we ask the contact person reserving the limousine to provide us with a detailed itinerary prior to the event that includes directions, times and phone number for each stop. |
